About me

I have previously worked for 16 years in the area of psychosis, compex mental health and trauma. I have also worked in bariatric services. I have been in private practice since 2018 specialising in working with adults (individuals and couples ) using a range of models including Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR, and CBT. More recently I completed level 1 training in Internal Family Systems and I am in the process of completing level 2.
