About me

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist in Cambridge offering psychological therapy online. A Clinical Psychologist is a registered healthcare professional who has received specialist doctorate level training in the psychological assessment, understanding and treatment of mental health problems. My aim is to offer a person centred, collaborative approach to therapy where we think about your problems, develop shared goals and work towards these goals using evidence based psychological techniques.

I completed a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of East Anglia and have previously worked or studied at the Maudsley Hospital, University College London, the University of Birmingham, the University of Sussex and a research institute within the University of Cambridge. I work currently in the NHS as a Clinical Psychologist. I am registered with the Healthcare Professions Council and adhere to their standards of practice to ensure you are supported safely and ethically.

My primary training & experience is in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I am a qualified EMDR therapist and have also trained in other therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
