About me

Welcome to my Profile! I am a committed and fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP). I aim to provide high quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) within an evidence based and compassionate approach.

I am passionate about the care I provide, with 18 years’ experience working within a variety of mental health settings and 15 years’ experience specifically as a CBT Therapist within the NHS.

I aim to build a therapeutic relationship with you that enables you to open up about your difficulties and make changes in a non-judgemental and confidential setting using CBT.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy allows you to explore the link between thoughts, feelings, behaviour and physical symptoms and is very helpful with depression, a range of anxiety difficulties including; panic, worry, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and self-esteem difficulties and many more problems. I currently offer 1:1 CBT sessions remotely via telephone or Teams video link or face to face.

Contact me by email or telephone to arrange a free 15 minute chat about how CBT could help with your difficulties.
