IaNTO COUNSELLING
Hi there, welcome! My name is Ianto, an old Welsh name - pronounced Yan-toh. My pronouns are He/Him/His. As an English national I offer counselling services in English only.

I believe that psychological and emotional wellbeing are just as important as physical wellbeing, and my approach will be unique for you. I will work with you to identify how our sessions can be of most benefit for you. Therapy is a place for you to come as you are and to be completely yourself. It is vital to me that you feel heard, validated, and have a safe space to process your experiences, to discover yourself and to understand what you need. Reaching out for help can be difficult and often scary, especially when you don't know what to expect. I look forward to working with you!
