About me

I am a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist. I have been qualified for 13 years and prior to this I was a mental health worker, so have worked in mental health for over 20 years.
I work with depression and all anxiety disorders including: panic, generalised anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, social phobia, trauma, PTSD, phobias, long term health conditions, and low self-esteem.
