About me

I am a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist offering brief and open-ended counselling and therapy for young people aged 12 and above, adults of all ages, and their families. I am a warm, approachable, and respectful therapist who works in a person-centred manner.

I have experience in a range of areas working within the NHS, including anxiety, depression, brain injury and disease, dementia, and neurodivergence where I can work with mood, grief, adjustment, changes in identity, and changes in thinking skills.

Have you been feeling down, hopeless, or lost? Or perhaps you feel worried, confused, or overwhelmed? You could be concerned for yourself or someone in your family. Maybe something significant has happened recently, or it has slowly dawned on you that you are not feeling yourself.

I’m happy to tell you that we can work together to better understand what’s happening to you. There is an opportunity to feel better than you do now, whether that means recovery or learning to live with how things are at the moment. Change is possible. Whatever the storm you are facing, I will walk forward alongside you.

To help you do this I provide evidence-based talking therapy and cognitive rehabilitation on-line, over the phone, or in person in Bristol. You are welcomed into a safe space in which we can explore what personally tailored approach will work best to support your wellbeing.
