About me

I am a senior Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working therapeutically with adults who have complex life histories and difficulties such as childhood abuse, adult trauma, complex relationship problems and emotion regulation difficulties. In addition to my core training in Clinical Psychology, I am also a certified Schema Therapist (standard level) and am able to provide Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).

My ultimate aim is to support my clients to become unstuck from repetitive unhelpful patterns to enable them to refocus their energy and move closer to their goals and aspirations. I offer a containing, non-judgmental space in which my clients can explore and come to understand how life experiences have influenced, and continue to impact on, their psychological wellbeing.
