About me

I offer online and face-to-face sessions.

I am a Clinical Psychologist currently working in NHS and private settings. I have specialist experience supporting adults with complex mental health difficulties, including those who have experienced trauma. I also work with individuals experiencing low mood, anxiety disorders, PTSD symptoms, and difficulties with self esteem.

At the heart of therapy is the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. I aim to offer a safe, compassionate, and non judgemental space where you can reflect on the experiences that have brought you to therapy, at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we work to develop a shared understanding of your difficulties and identify next steps towards meaningful and lasting change.

I am trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), integrating these approaches flexibly to meet your individual needs and preferences.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, particularly when things have been difficult for a while. I aim to provide a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood as you work towards changes that feel right for you.
