About me

Cleandra is a Registered Psychologist with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She works with individuals, couples, families, and groups with a variety of presentations including trauma, grief, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex-PTSD, systemic racism, domestic violence, child abuse, ADHD, and the spectrum of personality disorders.

Cleandra specializes in helping individuals who faced trauma in childhood, those experiencing relational difficulties or challenges with self-esteem and creative flow, and couples facing intimacy issues, infidelity, and communication issues.

The psychological therapy that Cleandra provides is evidence-based and anchored in the mind/body connection and uses nervous system responses, neurobiology, and somatic approaches to support the work of self-discovery and feeling better. Further, Cleandra has been a mindfulness practitioner for over 2 decades, and she weaves mindfulness practice and skills into her therapeutic approach.
