About me

Emily is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in supporting individuals to manage the psychological impact of physical health conditions and appearance-related concerns. She completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London and across a number of London hospitals. Emily spent seven years working with the Clinical Psychology service embedded in the department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Royal Free Hospital, London. She recently left the NHS to take up the position of School Psychologist with The Berkhamsted Schools Group.

Areas of interest

We are Chartered Clinical Psychologists, with extensive experience in working with a broad range of mental health difficulties. We specialise in the treatment of appearance-related concerns and body image problems, particularly in the context of physical health conditions and surgical interventions.
We are members the UK Special Interest Group for Psychologists Working in Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Practice, which is affiliated to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastics Surgeons (BAAPS).
