About me

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist who is specialising in working with autistic children who might experience challenges with eating, behaviour, anxiety or mood. I also have experience of working with neurotypical children and adults and can work with you to explore life's challenges and improve important aspects of your life. I am used to working with people of all ages and backgrounds.

I like to integrate different psychological models to create a bespoke plan for each individual. Models include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Using techniques from these therapy models, I help clients to explore their difficulties and to draw on personal strengths to work towards their desired outcomes.

I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic space tailored to individual needs. I believe in working together with clients and empowering them to make changes within their own lives. If this sounds like the space that you or your child need at the moment, please get in touch.
