About me

Most people want to feel good within themselves and within their lives. I don't think this is too much to ask! If obstacles have previously prevented this, it does not mean the future need be the same. Change is always possible and often we need a helping hand. I am passionate about collaboration as the most empowering route on a therapeutic journey. You have the strength and the answers and together we can make sense of any hurt, obstacle or fear.
I carry with me over 10 years of experience both within the NHS and private sector, supporting clients with complex and diverse needs. I work collaboratively with other professional including psychiatrists, dieticians, GPs, and crisis teams to fully support an individual. As unique as you are, the care you receive must reflect that.
I believe that we can all feel better, within ourselves and within our environment. Psychological pain and discomfort deserves and requires space and time to heal. Take a step towards exploring, growing and healing.
