About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience working in the NHS, mental health charity, private sector and workplace settings.

I employ an integrative therapeutic style, working collaboratively to tailor my interventions to your individual needs. My approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural modalities as well as Bowen Systems therapy which explores how our personal well-being is impacted by our relationships.

I completed my clinical doctorate in Counselling Psychology at University of Roehampton and I hold a BA(Hons) and MA(Oxon) in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
