About me

I have extensive experience in all areas of Respiratory Medicine with subspecialist expertise in airway diseases, including asthma, COPD, chronic cough and bronchiectasis. In my Respiratory practice I offer a patient-centred approach to investigation and treatment or all respiratory complaints.

I graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1999 and then completed my postgraduate training in South East Scotland. Since 2009, I have been a Consultant Physician at St John’s Hospital in NHS Lothian, where I am the Clinical Director for Medicine.
