About me
Clare has been a Chartered Clinical Psychologist since qualifying in 2012. Clare specialises in working with adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. She has gained experience of working with a range of long-term health conditions in the NHS, including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Chronic Pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), HIV and sexual health / women’s health difficulties.
Clare draws on a range of psychological therapies in her work including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
Clare is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is registered to practice with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
