About me

I'm a remote working Jungian Analyst, a mum, step mum and animal lover. I also live with a chronic health condition, so I have deep empathy and understanding for those suffering from long-term physical and psychological conditions. As a woman of colour, I enjoy working with others from diverse backgrounds.
I've completed a 7-year training in Jungian Analysis, one of the world's most rigorous psychological trainings in the world. As such, we are very few and far between.
I work in an organic manner and employ creative and practical techniques. Jungian Analysis is a collaborative approach and is led by my client, and I act as a guide to help you navigate through your psyche and live the life you are meant to live. I will actively engage with you as a whole person to create a safe space for healing, growth and awareness.
I'm also a PhD candidate studying Counter Terrorism and deradicalisation. So I am strongly interested in global issues' effects on mental health.
