About me

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist and have over 14 years of experience working with children and adults within the NHS and Local Authority.



It can be daunting to ask for help so I always feel incredibly privileged when people share their experiences with me. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is the key to effective change. Therefore, in my sessions I aim to create a therapeutic environment based on empathy, compassion, collaboration and trust. I hope to create a safe space where clients can explore their difficulties to enable them to move forward with their lives. I am trained in a range of specialist therapies, and draw upon these in a person-centred way.
