About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about working with autistic children, young people and adults.

I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey in 2014. Since then I have worked for Sussex Partnership NHS trust co-ordinating their neurodevelopmental assessment service for a local CAMHS team. I have worked for Oxford Health NHS Trust again completing autism and neurodevelopmental assessments and working with young people with mental health needs in their CAMHS team. I have also worked with a company specialising in working with autistic children and young people who are out of education or whose educational placement is at risk. I have extensive experience working with families and schools/colleges supporting autistic young people as well as supporting young adults at university.

I offer pre and post diagnostic support to help those considering a diagnosis or who do not want a formal diagnosis but identify as autistic. I can also help with processing and understanding what a diagnosis means for you or your family.

I offer adapted therapies (including CBT and ACT) for individuals who are experiencing mental health difficulties such as anxiety and panic, low self-esteem, depression and OCD.

I also offer help for parents and other family members who want to better understand and support their loved one.

I cannot currently offer autism assessments although am trained in both the Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI-R) and Autism Diagnostic Observational Scale (ADOS2).

I offer remote sessions via telephone and video calling and a limited number of face to face appointments.
