About me

Dr Roy Wheeler is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist. His clinical radiology training was at St Bartholomew's and The Royal London Hospitals with subspecialty posts at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and The Royal Marsden Hospital. He undertook Interventional Radiology Fellowships at The Royal London Hospital and at St Mary's, Charing Cross and Hammersmith Hospitals. He is currently a Consultant Radiologist at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

He is skilled in an extensive range of vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures, and also reports general ultrasound, general and oncological CT studies, and vascular MRI. He is one of the core members of the Upper GI Multidisciplinary Team at the Kent Oncology Centre.

He is a member of the British Society of Interventional Radiology and the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe.
