Dr Tara Tofiq is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in the mental health, performance, and longevity of people in leadership roles across corporations, start-ups, and the public sector. She is recognised for her discreet, highly personalised approach and her expertise in helping high performers manage perfectionism, burnout, high-functioning depression, and anxiety while sustaining focus, creativity, and leadership impact over the long term. She also has extensive experience in oncology psychiatry, supporting patients and families through the psychological challenges of cancer and complex medical illness.

She trained at the prestigious Maudsley Training Programme and undertook psychotherapy training at the Tavistock Clinic, equipping her with advanced skills in understanding personality, resilience, and motivation. This dual foundation in neuroscience and psychotherapy underpins her distinctive practice. She brings together biological training and depth-psychology expertise with a future-focused coaching style, enabling senior figures and entrepreneurs to prepare for lifelong brain health and health span, always grounded in a full understanding of their history and background.
