About me

Sometimes life happens and we're not sure where to turn. Talking it through can help to make sense of things and give you space to think about what to do next. I am happy to arrange an initial consultation session to see how we get on, giving you an opportunity to talk about what is going on for you and how I might be able to help.

I offer counselling to individuals aged 17+ presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, domestic violence, relationship problems, work related stress, significant life changes, bereavement and loss. If you're unsure about what the issue is come and have a chat and we can work it out together.

I also offer relational counselling, with 2 people in a couple or family relationship.

I am an Accredited and Registered member of BACP and have been in private practice for 2 years after working supporting others in various other organisations including the HM Prison Service, Police & Fire and Domestic Violence services.

I am based in Stafford and work from a Cabin in my garden as well as providing counselling online via Zoom.
