About me
I gained broad neurosurgical training at Atkinson Morley's Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queen Square. During that time I was Chairman of the British Neurosurgical Trainees Association. I am now Consultant Neurosurgeon at Charing Cross Hospital. I practice general neurosurgery but I am the designated neurovascular surgeon dealing with all subarachnoid haemorrhage patients and complex brain and spinal vascular conditions. I also have an interest in Brain Tumour Invasion and I am involved in research into novel treatments. Most of my elective practice, however, consists of spinal and peripheral nerve surgery.
