About me

I am a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, following the completion of a dual doctorate and I am registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).

My post-doctoral experience includes working with adults and young people who experience anxiety, low mood and/or trauma. I have also been involved in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Condition and offered tailored psychological intervention. My experience also includes working in independent settings with children who have experienced trauma, offering individual therapy, consultation, reflective practice and trauma informed training.

In my work, I draw on a range of therapeutic models, including eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, compassion focused approaches and models of attachment and trauma. I aim to provide a client centred approach, within a safe and non-judgemental environment to better understand their difficulties, promote psychological wellbeing and rediscover their strengths.
