About me
Professor Nick Watkin is Professor of Urology at St George's University of London and practices Urology at St George's Hospital.
He is Head of the London Urological Training Program and Academic Training Program Director for the London School of Surgery. He has been responsible for the surgical training of many Consultant Urologists in London. Until recently he was also Director of Clinical Undergraduate Surgery at St George's Medical School.
He has a National and International reputation for genito-urethral surgery and Andrology and has authored over 150 scientific papers and presented research at over 290 scientific meetings.
He has received a number of National awards for Excellence in his clinical practice recently increased to a higher level. He leads the team that has twice been awarded National Cancer Team of the Year and was awarded the Golden Cystoscope for outstanding contribution to British Urology
He has been Treasurer and Trustee of the British Association of Urological Surgeons 2017-23.
