About me
I qualified in Edinburgh and trained in Surgery in Mersey Region before appointment as consultant surgeon at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals (Preston and Chorley) in 2002. As clinical lead for upper gastro-intestinal cancer I led the centralisation of oesophago-gastric cancer surgery for Lancashire and S Cumbria. I am currently clinical director of surgery
