About me
Dr Charlotte Fribbens is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at The Royal Marsden Hospital, specialising in the treatment of neuroendocrine cancers, gastrointestinal cancers and acute oncology.
Dr Fribbens studied medicine at Imperial College London and undertook specialist training in medical oncology at Oxford and The Royal Marsden. As a Le Cure Clinical Fellow, she completed an MD(Res) at the Institute of Cancer Research in the non-invasive detection of mutations in advanced breast cancer where she was awarded the Institute of Cancer Research Chairmans prize.
She was appointed as a Consultant at The Royal Marsden in 2019. Dr Fribbens main research interests are in clinical trials in gastrointestinal cancers and translational research. She is a member of The Royal Marsden’s Drugs and Therapeutics Committee and UKINETS clinical practice committee.
