About me

I offer a warm and down to earth, conversational style of therapy and pride myself on building trusting therapeutic relationships. I am an integrative therapist and this means I work in response to your needs. I hope to work with you to support greater self-awareness and support the possibility of change and transformation. I believe we all have the capacity to heal, to have personal insights, to feel differently about ourselves, our relationships and the world.
I qualified 9 years ago with an MA from Manchester University. I then went on to work in the NHS
for 7 years running the therapeutic provision for a weight management service for 6 years. I have always worked privately and have been lucky to have worked with a diverse range of individuals.
