About me

I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor. I take a humanistic approach to therapy which believes all human beings have the capacity to grow and reach their full potential.

I have been counselling for over a decade and currently work in private practice and am a School Counsellor. I am passionate about my profession and always strive to support my clients in the best way possible for them.

Areas of interest

My work for BUPA is aimed at supporting adults, children and young people;
Anxiety; Depression;
My specialist area is supporting victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence;
I am also a clinical supervisor to other counselling professionals.
