About me
I graduated from London University in 1990 and was a higher surgical trainee in Leeds. I gained the FRCS (Tr & Orth) qualification in 2000. Prior to taking up a Consultant position at the Northern General Hospital, I was The Cavendish Hip Fellow in Sheffield. I was President of the British Orthopaedic Trainees Association in 2001-2002.
I specialise in Hip and Knee replacement surgery including complex cases in younger adults and revision procedures for failing replacements.
I am the Clinical Director for Musculoskeletal Services at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.
