About me

Mr Keval Patel is a Consultant Urologist specialising in robotic surgery of the pelvis.

He works in the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation trust.

He began his training at Imperial College, London. He went on to be an academic higher training programme in University of Cambridge and in hospitals throughout East Anglia.

After completing training in General Urology, he underwent robotic fellowship training in Addenbrookes hospitals, where he developed skills to investigate and treat complex prostate cancer related problems.

Mr Patel has published and presented work on prostate and bladder cancer to international conferences and has been invited to lecture as part of postgraduate courses. His research projects have attracted over �250,000 pounds of charitable funding.
