About me
Dr Angad Dhillon is a Consultant Gastroenterologist with specialist expertise in bowel cancer prevention, inflammatory bowel disease, and the treatment of digestive and liver conditions.
He studied medicine at Imperial College London before completing advanced specialist training at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital and St Mark's National Bowel Hospital, where he developed skills in complex endoscopic procedures. His research in bowel cancer, endoscopy and inflammatory bowel disease has been widely published, and he has received international recognition including the prestigious European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy research grant.
At Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Greenwich, Dr Dhillon leads the bowel polyp removal service and is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and care in his department. He is also a fully accredited bowel cancer screening endoscopist.
Dr Dhillon is committed to making every patient's experience as safe, comfortable and reassuring as possible.
