Research interests
Dr Mitchell has contributed to research across her training in the areas of complex psychiatric presentations, eating disorders, parental mental health and digital healthcare.
Listed below are some recent publications however Dr Mitchell has also presented both locally, nationally and internationally with regards to these topics.
Personal interests
Dr Mitchell is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Glasgow Medical school. She is also a clinical supervisor for CAMHS Psychiatry trainees. She has a personal interest in teaching and training.
Dr Mitchell has a personal interest in the assessment of neurodiversity including ADHD and ASD. She has a particular interest in the management of Autism Spectrum Disorder including support available to patients and families to understand a young person's presentation.
