Dr Jun Cheong is a highly experienced general cardiologist with over two decades of practice in the NHS since graduating with an MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from the University of Edinburgh in 2004.

He is accredited in advanced cardiac imaging including cardiovascular CT, echocardiography, and cardiac MRI by:

- The British Society of Cardiovascular Imaging / British Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (UK)
- The Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (USA)
- The European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (Europe)

Dr Jun Cheong holds consultant positions across several leading NHS institutions in London and Kent, including:

He is the Medicine Clinical Director at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, providing strategic and clinical leadership across medical specialties. Additionally, he serves as Secretary of Transport's Honorary Medical Advisor (DVLA), advising on cardiovascular standards in fitness-to-drive assessments.
