About me
Wishing you a warm welcome to my profile. I am a counselling psychologist which means that I am trained in a range of therapy approaches (including relational, psychodynamic and CBT). I work integratively in a way that responds to what you would like and need from therapy. i have worked in many different settings over the years including the NHS-, the Priory, charities, private practice and universities.
Everyone has a unique life story and your sessions are about what you would like to bring and receive help with in the therapy. I have extensive experience of working with people seeking help with all kinds of issues that feel challenging at different points in life. I offer a warm, empathic space to safely work through these in a supportive and nurturing way.
