About me
Michael Kuo is a consultant ear, nose and throat surgeon with sub specialist expertise in the management of ENT conditions in children. He trained in the West Midlands and in Hong Kong. During his training, he spent three years pursuing molecular biology research as a Medical Research Council and Royal College of Surgeons fellow leading to a PhD. His extensive involvement in education includes the Intercollegiate Examination Course, the British Paediatric Otolaryngology Course and the Paediatric Emergency Skills Course for Consultants. Mr Kuo chairs the education committee of the European Society for Paediatric Otorhinolaryngology. He has published numerous original research papers, review articles and book chapters.
