About me

Have you lost someone you love, and found it hard to know how to carry on? Grief can be one of the most painful and isolating experiences we face, and it takes courage to reach out for support. I want you to know that you don't have to go through it alone. I am a qualified Forensic and Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), with extensive experience working across the NHS and private practice. I am here to offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can be fully heard and begin to find your way through loss at a pace that feels right for you.

Using evidence-based approaches including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), alongside helping you understand how grief affects both mind and body, I can support you to manage difficult and overwhelming emotions. Together we will explore your unique relationship with the person you've lost, and how your grief is affecting you now. There is no timeline and no right way to grieve. Our work is not about forgetting or "moving on," but about helping you carry your loss in a way that, in time, allows you to access your memories with more comfort than pain. As we work together, you will build a deeper understanding of yourself and a renewed sense of meaning, enabling you to move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.
