About me

Have you experienced trauma or loss that is making it difficult to find meaning in your life? I understand that the experiences can be incredibly challenging, and it takes courage to seek support. That's why I want to assure you that you are not alone. I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and I have extensive experience working across various settings within the NHS and private practice. I am here to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and begin the journey towards healing.

Using evidenced-based therapies, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Compassion Focused (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness, I can help you develop new skills and strategies to manage difficult emotions and behaviours. We will explore your unique narrative of your past experiences and how they may be impacting your present.

Not only can we work towards healing from past trauma and loss, but also towards developing a deeper understanding of yourself and your personal values. As we progress through therapy sessions, you will gain greater self-awareness, which will enable you to purposefully grow and move forward in your life with more clarity and confidence.
