About me
I am a dedicated and experienced Principal Clinical Psychologist, with many years experience working with a broad range of mental health difficulties including those relating to trauma (including complex PTSD), depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.
With specialist knowledge and experience of working with autism and ADHD, I also help individuals better understand and manage differences related to these diagnoses, alongside any mental health issues they may experience.
My many years in the NHS has shown me that therapy is not �one-size fits all�. My practice is all about meeting you where you're at and taking you where you want to go. My personalised approach combines evidence-based psychological models, including EMDR, to target unhelpful patterns and support meaningful change in a way that works for you.
