About me

I am a skilled clinical psychologist with many years experience in both the NHS and private practice.

I have a warm, approachable style.Operating a small practice means that I can dedicate time and energy to providing a personal touch. I am proud of my record of having helped many people improve their mental health in ways that feel practical, realistic, and sustainable.

I work with children, young people, and adults using evidence-based psychological approaches. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, as well as many others, including those who have a diagnosis of ADHD and/or ASD.
