About me

I graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc(Hons) in Podiatry in 2015 and later studied Podiatric Sports Medicine at Queen Mary's University of London.

Since then, I've gained extensive experience in both the NHS and private sectors, providing advanced foot care and now specialising in sporting injuries. I have worked at the London Marathon seven times; including three times with the professionals, providing medical care to elite athletes.

I also have experience working with professional athletes in Football,
Rrugby, Cricket, stage performers, Boxers and recreational athletes of multiple sports. Currently, I practice full-time as a Sports and MSK Podiatrist at Pure Sports Medicine's St Paul's and Canary Wharf clinics, with a focus on biomechanics, gait analysis, foot orthoses therapy, and sports injury management.

I've been actively involved in the Royal College of Podiatry, volunteering for educational videos and working with Health Education England as an ambassador for Podiatry. Recently, I have been a guest lecturer at the University of Brighton, lecturing on MSK conditions of the lower extremity.

My contributions led to dual Fellowships at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and the Royal College of Podiatry in London.

I am passionate about endurance sports, I'm a keen triathlete and cyclist. I regularly compete in marathons and Ironman distance triathlons, which has further fuelled my interest in Podiatric Sports Medicine and exercise-related injuries.
