About me

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. I was appointed in August 1999. I am an Honorary Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in Bath running the specialist Hip Clinic. I trained in Orthopaedics at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore (London) and undertook a Specialist Hip Fellowship with Prof Don Howie in Adelaide, Australia. I am a specialist hip replacement surgeon - my entire elective practice deals solely in patients of all ages who require hip replacement operations, which include primary, revision and resurfacing operations.

Specialist Hip Surgeon - Primary Hip Replacement. Non-Surgical Management of Hip Disorders; Although I have over 20 years experience of Revision Hip Replacements and Hip Resurfacing these operations are no longer undertaken privately in Bath;
