Ciara McElhinney is an accredited Child and Adult Psychotherapist with over 16 years of clinical experience in mental health services. As the founder of Child Therapy NI�named 'Best Business in the North West 2025'�she provides specialist psychotherapy support across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Ciara operates a dual-practice model, combining direct clinical therapy for families with expert witness services for the legal system.
