I am a fully qualified and accredited BACP Integrative Counsellor.
My integrative approach has influences from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt and Play Therapy. As an Integrative Therapist I can be adaptive and responsive to your needs within the therapy room.
