About me

As an Advanced Accredited therapist, I have over 15 years therapeutic experience working with Adults and Children in various settings, such as secondary schools, Special education departments, emergency services, domestic abuse charities, drug and alcohol services and within my own private practise. I work with individuals experiencing many challenges such as Anxiety, Depression, Burnout, Low self esteem, Low self worth, Lack of confidence, Trauma, PTSD, OCD, Stress, Feeling overwhelmed, Relationship breakdowns, Work related issues, Bereavement, Domestic abuse, Self harm, Suicidal Ideation, Addiction, Psychological /emotional distress and many other challenges that you may be facing.
