About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist, which means I have been trained in a number of different therapeutic models. Through the assessment and formulation process I will develop a shared understanding of the problems, hold in mind the therapy hopes and expectations and create a personalised treatment plan for ongoing therapy to address the therapy goals.
I aim to create a safe space for people to explore their issues. I am compassionate, non-judgemental and open-minded. I work collaboratively and believe that there are many routes to wellness. I believe therapy is an act of self care and I am passionate about supporting people. I work with a collective of psychologists and therapists as part of The Bodart Practice. Areas of interest

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health and emotional wellbeing difficulties. Some of the presentations I work with include: stress, depression, grief and loss, general anxiety, appearance anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, trauma, self esteem and confidence issues, sleep difficulties, addiction, identity issues, feeling lost in life, relationship related problems, and the psychological impact of physical health conditions. I also enjoy working with marginalised groups or people who see themselves as different or alternative including people from the LGBTQI+ community and people who are neurodivergent.
