About me

I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist (CPsychol), registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have over 10 years experience of working in mental health settings across the NHS and private practice.

I have additional training in specialist therapy modalities including Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT - accredited with the British Psychoanalytic Council, BPC), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

I specialise in treating individuals who have experienced trauma, whether this be a single incident or multiple events in childhood or adulthood. I also support people who experience depression and anxiety along with those who experience difficulties both with their mental health and their relationships. I take an attachment based and trauma informed approach to therapy.

I understand that everyone’s life experience and difficulties are different, that’s why I offer an integrative and tailored approach to therapy which draws from a range of evidence based models, in order to suit your individual needs.
