About me
Experienced CYP therapist working in schools and private practice throughout Herts and Beds.
My approach is integrative, which means I incorporate different modalities into therapy allowing you to feel supported, yet directive at the same time. I will listen with curiosity and care, but I am also here to gently challenge you and offer you insights to help guide you to realisations. Sharing parts of ourselves can feel vulnerable so its really important that you choose someone you feel comfortable talking to as the quality of the relationship between client and counsellor is key to good therapy outcomes.
