About me

I qualified in 2013 with a masters in paychodynamic counselling/psychotherapy.
I have extensive experience in working with individuals struggling with many areas,ranging from addictions, relationships, attachment related issues, feeling stuck, anxiety, depression, loss and many more.

I provide a safe space to work through anything that is causing difficulties, always offering an understanding and non judgemental experience.

I believe that we all need an open and accepting ear that will offer some reflective space and enable further understanding of how these struggles commenced. Bringing these into focus and into conscious acceptance can help to move forward.

I offer short and long term therapy and am always mindful as to how much the individual client can or is willing to explore.

I have experience in delivering cognitive behaviour therapy model where individual would prefer to have guided self help in managing Anxiety, Depression, and Phobias.
