About me

I qualified as a CBT and EMDR therapist in 2011 and as a Clinical Psychologist in 2015. I have extensive experience treating psychological trauma, anxiety, depression, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and physical health conditions. My approach to psychological therapy is underpinned by principles of CBT, EMDR, ACT and CFT.
