About me

Hi.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with over 15 years of professional experience and a member of the BACP.

Being integrative, I can draw from many therapies to give my clients bespoke treatment to help them overcome their struggles and start feeling better from the first session.

I am an expert in treating anxiety disorders, mood management, ADHD, relationship issues, panic disorders, stress management and depression.

I have trained extensively to work with adults and children using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Art / Play Therapy. I use an integrative approach to help clients of all ages make sense of their world and create a brighter future.

The strength of the therapeutic relationship rather than the theoretical approach brings hope and a belief that things will change. I offer a free initial telephone consultation because choosing the right therapist is an important and personal decision.

As well as working with Adults, I have many years of experience working with children and young people and as an integrative Arts Child Counsellor in several local schools and organisations.
