About me
Caroline is a BACP Accredited integrative counsellor who uses a combination of therapeutic tools dependant on what is right for the client. She aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for young people to explore difficult emotions and situations and is passionate about empowering young people to make positive changes, allow personal growth and gain a stronger sense of self.
Working with young people aged 5-25 she often uses art and play in her practice although recognises that this isn’t always how a young person likes to work and so is guided by what they feel comfortable with.
She has experience of working in primary and secondary schools as well as charity settings.
Caroline works with young people aged 5-25, she is available to work online with young people over the age of 13 and is available for short or long term work
